Gallery Showcasing Fine Arts Grads

Keeping with the goal of showcasing local artists, the WKP Kennedy Gallery is hosting the Nipissing University BFA Graduate Exhibition until April 5, with an opening reception tonight from 7-9 pm.

This exhibit is displaying pieces created by the graduating class as part of their fourth-year thesis work, taking place throughout galleries I and II, as well as the Kennedy underground studio.

Works will range from interactive installations to performances and paintings, as well as sculptures. We feel it is important to highlight works being created by local emerging artists, as they are the ones exploring and creating new ways of thinking and exploring the future of fine arts in North Bay.

Be sure to come out and support the amazing culmination of hard work created by the graduating students of Nipissing’s bachelor of fine arts program.
