Audience Etiquette
-All Capitol Centre Staff and Volunteers have the right to a safe and respectful work environment. Please treat Staff and Volunteers with respect and kindness, as they will do the same for you.
-Absolutely no flash photography is permitted. Some events do not permit any kind of photography or recording and patrons will be made aware as needed.
-Please keep your fellow patrons in mind when using your mobile devices during performances as bright screens can be distracting to patrons and performers.
-Try to only leave your seat during a lull in the performance (i.e., between songs or bits, during intermission, etc.) to prevent disruptions to your fellow patrons and the artists. Our Ushers will help escort you back to your seat during these lulls as well.
-Some staff, volunteers, and patrons have sensitivities to scents. The Capitol Centre is a scent-free environment, so please refrain from applying Scented personal products (such as fragrances, colognes, lotions and powders) that are perceptible to others.
