Slime party Saturday at WKP Kennedy Gallery

Looking for something fun to do this holiday season? The WKP Kennedy Gallery has you covered.

The gallery’s Frozen-themed Slime Party, which takes Saturday, is a continuation of its Grinch-themed event in 2018. Children can come by and play games, make tons of different crafts and, of course, make some amazing slime. The event is of a drop-in nature (11 am-2 pm) and costs $10.

The gallery’s final paint night of the year with instructor Heather Wallingford will be on Dec. 12 from 7-9:30 pm. Tickets are $35, which covers a complimentary beverage and supplies. You’ll be able to sit back with your drink and listen as Heather takes you through the process of creating a beautiful winter scene step by step.

It’s the perfect pastime for someone who wants to create something but may believe they aren’t artistically inclined. Heather is a wonderful instructor. By the time you’re finished, you’ll be going home with a great piece of art. Tickets for this are selling fast, with only 13 left.
