The Capitol Centre has been an important part of the history of North Bay since 1929. It is cherished by everyone who saw their first movie or live performance in the Betty Speers Theatre or experienced art exhibitions in the WKP Kennedy Gallery.

The Capitol Centre is the cultural heart of North Bay, and we offer our patrons, artists, and community members an environment that inspires, creates, and showcases performing and visual arts.

As a not-for-profit organization, we rely on our community for support in order to allow us to continue providing a diverse and accessible space that fosters creativity and inclusiveness for North Bay and the surrounding community.

Donations from patrons like you allow us to keep ticket pricing low while also supporting various events and initiatives throughout the year, including Free Family Films, the annual Children's Festival, and our Arts for All program, operating the WKP Kennedy Gallery as a free, public-access gallery, and our Arts Worker program.

We couldn't do it without you, so thank you for your support!
