Call for Submission Deadline: California Dreamin' Exhibition Fundraiser

Let your artwork shine in the annual Capitol Centre Fall Fundraiser this year!

A magical picture on the beach, vibrant aquatic displays, the most beautiful scenes under the sun...we are in search of your best artwork that fits the theme of 'California Dreamin' Beach Party.'

Open to all artists with any size or medium acceptable, submit up to three artworks to be entered and reviewed by our juried panel. The most fitting works will be accepted and displayed in Gallery I during the event for guests to view and purchase. As contribution to the fundraiser, 50% of your sale will be donated towards Capitol Centre programming and initiatives, such as operating our gallery with no admission fees! 

Along with our community juried exhibtiion and sale, the evening will start with a pre-show cocktail hour and nibbles in the Martini Lounge, and the good vibrations keep rolling after the performance.  Guests will have the opportunity to explore our beautiful, historic building with a DJ-dance party in the WKP Kennedy Gallery, food and beverage sampling from local suppliers, photo booth fun, costume contests, live & silent auctions, raffles, pulls, and more!

HOW TO SUBMIT:

Email up to three (3) artworks of any size or medium to info@kennedygallery.org with the subject line "California Dreamin"

Please send photos in JPEG format, along with a PDF describing each artwork by: Title / Size / Medium / Value

DEADLINE: 

October 24th @ 12:00pm, 2023 

ARTWORK DROP-OFF (IF ACCEPTED):

October 31st, 2023, between 10am - 5pm 

ON DISPLAY:

November 4th, 2023, 6pm - 11:30pm
